Growth Marketing & Go-to-Market Strategy
Between 2014 and 2019, we helped Canyon Bicycles GmbH grow gross annual revenues from 98M € to nearly 400M €. This growth was predicated primarily on two areas of concentration: accelerated acquisition and retention marketing, and expansion into new markets. Our emphasis on SEO, earned media, email marketing, localization, and performance marketing accelerated brand awareness and website traffic, which converted at an increasingly better pace due to our work on a redesigned website and conversion rate optimization (CRO). Our market expansion included Australia, South Korea, Japan, and the United States (2017). Due to our rigorous project planning, brand and comms strategy, and marketing activation, Canyon USA exceeded year 1 sales goals by more than 20%. Today, Canyon is the world’s largest DTC bike brand.
