Website Redesign, Business Transformation, & Full-funnel Marketing 

We were approached in the fall of 2022 to help Vittoria with their transformation to DTC sales. They saw a big opportunity to increase revenues and product margin selling direct, and they understood the critical value of first-party data. With our partner website agency, we redesigned and project managed a completely new website with e-comm functionality. A new website was launched on time and on budget, and immediately added to global gross sales figures. Going DTC also meant a dramatic shift in Vittoria’s traditional approach to marketing, with new emphasis on SEO, performance and paid social marketing, email marketing, brand strategy, and transactionally-oriented content. We continue to work closely with Vittoria’s US and EU marketing teams, and provide on-going full-funnel and digital marketing support.
